His success was with Mike Sherman's recruits.  After that, he's brought in top 10 classes, but produced results outside the top 25.  I don't think it's delusional for A&M to want/expect to finish better than fifth in the SEC West.

For Sumlin's replacement, I don't like the Jimbo rumors.  The homerun for me would be Gary Patterson, who I know will be very tough to pry away from TCU.
