Texas Bowl Fine Mess Tailgate

Where: Will be located in a $20 parking lot on site...south of the stadium

Cost: TBD but probably $5-10
Menu: It will be simple as we don't have our full staffing and equipment to use.

I need any fan driving to the game and can bring something to the tailgate to check in. Tell me what you can bring: canopy, tables, grill, coolers, utensils.

After I get equipment figured we'll work the food/beer/drinks

Airfares suck even driving to NY or Philly I cant find anything decent. Sucks because I found 188 round trip from philly to Dallas with New Years date for the other Texas bowl. but the Christmas rel;ated fares are awful.

Mark, we got a really good rate at a 4 star boutique hotel in downtown Houston. Rates are about half the normal rate. I saw a king room, free internet and free hot breakfast for around $90.00 for the days around the bowl game. It is the Magnolia Hotel and looks great.

Im in got a room. Tix ill get in next couple of days. A friend thought it was gonna be texas tech and got tix so he is going to give them to me. I guess or thats his story. If it developes good if not ill just buy from SU. Can bring a pull along cooler and a smaller pull along. Not real big but will work for something. You want me to see about tables from outdoor rec? The have those and chairs. If your free for lunch this week or another time we can run by there and look at the inventory. Food and drinks let me know. I have a couple of minn fans im with is ok to invite the enemy? Sure they will fit right in other than being from minny.

Just moved to Houston so most of our stuff is in storage but I will be attending the game and would love to join the tailgate. If there are any odds and ends needed (cups, plates, etc..) that are needed I will be more than happy to bring them. Also, let me know what the best method of payment is. I will be with two or three people at this point and may have an extra ticket if the former.
