Clemson and Fla State (and UNC and UVA) would do well to stay put and be the biggest fishes in a smaller pond. And btw, that pond is still pretty big! It’s worked for them so far, with Clemson right there with Bama in dominating the CFB playoff era. Florida State would risk irrelevance if they joined the SEC.
