When i went they ran about 90

I used to go to them every day back in the day (granted a decade plus ago). They practiced the same amount of time as every other team did. Also Boeheim usually stood and walked around while assistants did the drills. At least this was the case in the Carrier Dome for practices and Manley at the time (pre-conversion). I know because once and a while he'd be in a good mood and actually talk. Other times he'd give you an evil death stare. It was fun.
