Please, I want those 4 hours of my life back! Both teams were simply horrible. SU's program still has a very long way to go. The whole team stunk today from the players to the coaches - heck, I wouldn't be surprised if the ball boys had a bad day. While the announcers kept saying SU must feel they let the game get away etc - you gotta think the Rutgers fans are saying the same thing.
We have been playing for a month now - there is no excuse for the number of mistakes we made today. I've been patient with Marrone since he took over and I will remain patient - as bad as we have been, the program as a whole is still better than when he arrived and hopefully will continue to grow. However, if we are still playing like this in 2 years, he and Gross should be fired. I don't expect that nor do I wish for it. However, watching this team this year is simply a painful experience.
