That has to be the most gut wrenching way to lose a NC

It was an incredible game. I started out pulling for North Carolina but towards the end was ecstatic that Nova won, mostly because of Jay Wright. The benefits of being on the outside looking in, right? All the entertainment, none of the emotional attachment.

Move over Chris Webber and the bleeper from Indiana this game was the toughest way to a lose a NC.

Just wow. I couldn't believe Paige made his 3 and then boom. Dagger from Jenkins for the title.

That wasn't a tough loss at all. They deserved to lose that game. That's what happens when you willingly decide to NOT EVEN ATTEMPT TO GUARD THE GUY SHOOTING THE LAST SHOT!

Well Hicks came out on him, if I remember the play correctly. He was pretty far out ... but give Reynolds credit. I hadn't even heard of him b/ this game (or Hart) .. dudes can play.

Well, the rules were different then. The clock did not stop on a made basket in the last minute in '87. Our guys were stunned, and about 3 seconds ticked off. Although Greg Monroe said he did call the T.O. well before it was granted.
