Who in the hell says, "Florida State has requested, and been granted, their 1st charged timeout". After about the third time he said, I wanted to snap. Besides the fact that his officiating crew was horrendous, he was a country bumpkin as well. Just say, "timeout, Florida St". When you officiate that horribly, .
