The $1.75MM question - when will Shafer be officially announced?

Do we know if he has been offered a contract yet?
Do we know if he signed a contract yet?
If he signed a contract do we know anything about the terms?
Do we know if Syracuse University is actually planning on officially telling anyone about hiring SS to be hc?

Every article I read talks about how SU "plans" to hire Shafer as head coach. None actually say they did so unless I missed it.

This is the most poorly handled coaching transfer I have ever witnessed. What a freaking joke.

SU won't announce it/hold a press conference until SS returns from the coaches convention, which I believe will be today, so I would expect a presser tomorrow. No point in announcing him as the HC if he is out of town.
