the 13th game

since the 13th datapoint means so much,, why dont schools get the rule changed so teams not in the title games could schedule one if it would mean something.

can you imagine the 2 loss teams that could be scrambling that last week to get into the playoff.

What?? The only point of a 13th game as a data point is to sort out the top 4 teams. Pointless and not really relevant for the remaining bowl placement.

it is, when you very well this year could have 6-7 2 loss teams some that played 13 and some that didnt..

already talk that Mich will get in at 11-2 with a loss in the b10 title over 2 loss teams that didnt play 13 games..

same thing for Georgia

say we get to 10-2 and played 10-2 LSU/OSU Dec 1st. it would matter big time
