It said it was from his parent's anniversary party. Obviously Bernie was close enough with the parents to be invited to the party. Seems very bizarre.

That's more of a "posing for the camera" picture. I believe (not an expert by any means) that if Fine had something for this kid his hand would be grasping his shoulder. When you put your arm around your wife, do you grab her shoulder or do you rest it on her. I know I grab her shoulder and I could pull and post a dozen pictures. This picture means nothing to me but the both of them posing for a picture. Innocent
