His logic is that Rutgers improves from NOT having tOSU, Michigan and PSU annually? Wow! No wonder they don't do well in sports.

They haven't even reached Paper Tiger status. How have they improved? Beating up cupcakes is not improvement, it's what a P4 team is supposed to do. Let's wait and see how the rest of the B1G treats Rutgers. To date, it has not been favorable.

Yep they have a lot of slam dunk losses on the schedule this year with 4 top 10 teams plus Washington in Seattle. They lose to Iowa they better beat Minnesota, Purdue and Maryland, doubt they win at Minny, though it will be a rock fight like Iowa
