The all-inclusive Rutgers dumpster fire thread...

They vilified and mocked Fran last year. Now some on their board are advocating for Rutgers to hire him. Others say he will be in the SEC next year. I take Fran at his word if other schools make a run at him.

Lol Rutgers can't afford Schwan's buyout. Now Florida and a few others that's a different story. Extended Fran Brown.

Fleck has the chance to put the pressure on them next week.

They lose next week then they have a bye, road trip to Washington, and home against Oregon.

Road trips to Purdue and Illinois would follow.

They almost have to go to 2-3 out of those five games for any chance at a bowl.

Finish with Maryland, Penn State, and Ohio State.

Turning on "The Savior".

If they somehow miss a bowl this year, I can see them spending more of the NJ taxpayer money and getting rid of him. And if they don't, they'll continue to suck (in a mediocre way), unless they can figure out a way to play Norfolk St and Miami (OH) every week.
There's a budget deficit in NJ and it's going to be a hard sell for the new governor to keep sinking money into the program now that Murphy is out of here. I hope they're stuck with him.

Rutgers stuck with Shady. Ahhh, the gift that keeps on giving. While I feel bad for the state residents/taxpayers for having to deal with this, though the majority elected officials dumb enough to fund the sinkhole called Rutgers Athletic Department, I have no sympathy for RU fans and players who could have chosen wisely.
