The B1G money is making Rutgers a winning program, said no one ever. Isn't that what Shady and Co. promised? Imagine being short $80M annually... Minor programs have Athletics budgets of $10M, $20M, etc., and survive. Rutgers has B1G money and cannot sniff a balanced budget.
