The Bills are a fun watch

Rooting for a small market team lets you see a different side of things.

Look, I hate the Pats more than anyone, but there is no great conspiracy against the Bills by the NFL. They played a tough game and lost it on some crappy QB play. That 100 yard INT return is enough to take the air out of any team and swing momentum, especially a team with a rookie third stringer in there. How is he going to lead that huddle after that mess? The Jets are a small market team in a big market city. They have been snakebit for years. Believe me, I understand the frustration. I'm still stunned they pulled that out today. I was waiting for Brees to lead the game winning drive. FWIW I think the Bills are in a better spot right now than the Jets. Definitely more talent on the offensive side of the ball.

Sucks that they aren't working here still.
the bills are not that fun to watch. you're trying too hard. maybe they'd be worse than 3-6 with chan gailey. but this is not fun.

Oh, the game was definitely on Tuel 100% and nothing else. I've just seen some wacky calls all go against Buffalo. When every 50/50 call goes against you all season it starts to make you wonder but you're probably right. It's just frustrating when refs have such a pivotal role in some games.

They'd be in the 6th Wild Card spot with EJ Manuel and contending for that spot with Thad Lewis. We were forced to play a 4th stringer with no business being in the league for 5 quarters.. He managed to singlehandedly lose us 2 games.

I literally felt like I wanted to throw up on that Pick 6. On the Graham fumble, thankfully a numbness fell over me and I just didnt care anymore.

Now I know why opposing fans get beat up in the stands at the stadium. The Bills fans are piss drunk and mad at the refs. The guy in the Jets jersey just happens to be closer to them than the refs. ;)

Chiefs may be the worst 9-0 team in the history of sports.

Call me crazy, but the Bills are good. With Manuel (who is not great) they probably are 5-4. They are young, well coached and play extremely hard. I think the future is bright. If Manuel pans out and they get a few more starters in this year in the draft, they will have a shot at the playoffs in '14.

This is by far the most hope I have had since 04. It actually feels like real change here.

it's not like marrone was stuck with tuel. thad lewis shouldn't have been on the practice squad and tuel shouldn't play ever.

matt flynn ain't great but he can at least throw the ball better than people at a tailgate. but tuel knew the system.

for some reason they're worried about losing a guy who had ample opportunity in college and stunk.

it makes no sense for them to have ever worried about losing tuel. Who cares? very stupid of him

Aren't too many tailgaters making that throw to Goodwin.

The Bills are not fun to watch, that was horrible yesterday

The post was made when they were getting ready to go up 17-3. They went for over 200yds both running and passing and held KC without an offensive TD. Defense is running around and making plays, offense is getting big plays on the ground and in the air.

They beat themselves with TO's, but they were far from overmatched against the only remaining undefeated team.

Not sure how that's horrible.

As a Bills fan for the last 20 plus years of my life and a Syracuse fan for that same period of time... I can unequivocally say the Bills are not fun to watch. Their defense can be fun to watch at times but their offense is a train wreck... Watching the Bills is eeriely similar to watching Syracuse the first three years of Marrone's tenure. You can tell they are building something but it's 2 steps backward for every step forward.

It's not clear whether or not Hackett can cut it at the pro level but who knows.

I understand but Buffalo isn't without talent, the choice to start a rookie was Marrone's. Granted there have been injuries but he has a great backfield and some nice receivers. I don't get where Buffalo stinking yet again is enjoyable to watch, it's far from it and I like Marrone but if the coach was Chan Gailey I would say he sucked yesterday too and Hackett hasn't been very good either.

There are very few really BAD teams in the NFL, Buffalo isn't one but the difference between 3 wins and 5 wins is razor thin, it comes down to a few plays and plays that Buffalo isn't making, qb or no qb and I don't think EJ will pan out but marrone isn't coaching Syracuse anymore, there will be no parades for him with a 4 years .500 record.

It's weird, the difference in perspective of the 3-6 team vs. the 4-4 team.

Just sayin'.

:noidea:

Lots of guys can make that throw. It's odd that Manuel can't and mass in couldn't most of his career. Maybe that's why marrone like tuel because he stinks at everything else. He has no zip at all. Good at lobbing passes for Goodwin to Sprint under

He made one throw that Goodwin caught in stride and its because he threw it before Goodwin even made the break. Every other deep pass he made looked like it was thrown by a 5 year old.

let's hope that stays part of the offense and that manuel can keep the ball in bounds. goodwin was an excellent pick. everything TJ graham isn't

i don't know if marrone is thinking "NOT AGAIN" after watching his qb throw deep balls into photographers but i sure am.

Haha, agreed, Manuel has to get more accurate on the deep ball. With the other teams top two db's covering Stevie and Woods, Goodwin is toying with guys out there. He's literally open every play. Graham isn't too high on my list right now but he's worth keeping around as a 4th wr due to his youth and speed, you need a deep threat if Goodwin goes down.

The Bills need to beat the Steelers this weekend so I can watch the Jets game with delusional playoff hopes considering after the bye we play the Falcons, Jags, Bucs and Fins before ending the season at New England.

YEAH....Sure they are fun to watch when you are not a bills fan

Probably the best Bills team since 2004. If only they tanked in Luck's Senior Yr like I wanted they'd be SB favorites. Schedule/injuries have been a joke. They should pick five QB's in the next draft.
And yes, TJ Graham is a dog with flees.

Maybe somebody can get Polian on the phone and find how Indy pulled off their tank job to get Andrew Luck. Even w/o Peyton that 2011 team should not have been 2-14 level bad.
