- I wouldn’t trade anyone in our line-up for anyone in their line-up but we could never put this team away and make things easy and fun.

- It looked early like another blow-out win but then BC pulled a dirty trick: they started playing defense. We played as if we didn’t expect that and turned the ball over 17 times while missing 6 of our last 7 threes. The beautiful passing of the first game was absent. We did a lot of one and one and, in a key stretch when we had a chance to pull away in the second half, started playing ‘one and done’ ball with 25 footers as soon as we got the ball in the half court.

- After a 25-13 start, it was 50-54 vs. the worst team in the conference.

- This was one team we had an advantage on inside but we didn’t take advantage of it. Guerrier and Dolezaj were 6 for 15 from the field and we only had a 37-33 edge on the boards. BC won the offensive boards 7-10.

- Buddy was 0 for 3 in scrambles for a loose ball after losing control of it.

- It might have been a game to get our centers some run. Bourama was a spectator. John Bol got in for the first time in a couple months and got embroiled in the strange series of events that produced double technical near the end of the half and sat after being in for 2 minutes. Jesse Edwards got in for a minute but did nothing.

Correct. Game of run stopping by our team. There were 5-6 instances where we could have put the game away but plays that boggle this fans mind seem to take away our advantage. This was on at least 4 of the starters. (if we can exclude Marek we can deduce who they would be. LOL). We have to play smarter when we have the run of play against teams. That is how we can beat most of the ACC this year. We did this againt VT and had we done so against UNC and Pitt (1st game) we would have come out with a win in those two contests. Stop the run killing plays please.
