The Fine's are horrible people

Just had to say this, Bernie's actions speak for themselves but what about the wife? Telling an alleged abuse victim that she wished Bernie would go find a group of gay children to molest to get it out of his system???? AND THEN she sleeps with the victim!!!! If the Fine's are your neighbor, your property value has gone down.

Not disagreeing with your header, but it is NOT TRUE that Laurie Fine said Bernie should "find a group of gay children." She said nothing about children. She said Bernie should get his rocks off with "gay boys". It is clear, at least to me, that she was referring to young gay men who were not minors.

As messed up as it is to say, there is still no public evidence that Bernie is a child molester. Do I think he is? Probably, but theres still no evidence. That said, the Fine's are more ****ed up than a Chuck Palahniuk novel.

I can’t get over the fact that she knew her husband was doing this and didn’t take any action. What Bernie is a sick **** for doing this stuff but his wife isn’t much better for allowing it to continue. I hope they somehow both end up in jail.

I don't know how she is using the word "boys", but if people go read the transcript that has been released and is on syracuse.com and really read the words, it is obvious a lot of it refers to children or when Davis was under 18. Regardless of what words were used.

He was smart enough to keep a copy of his phone bill. So im not buying the fact hes some bumbling idiot anymore, given that, im not sure why he wouldnt establish concrete evidence if he took the time to record it. "I was only 13, how could he do this to me"-Game Over. Why wouldnt he just say something like that, instead its a strange conversation between two people who talk in generalizations.

I talked with someone when this whole thing came about because they live in Bridgeport so i asked if they knew of the accusors. They said no, but funny should should ask - turns out they are distantly related to the Fines. All that was said was that they didn't spend a lot of time with them, but always thought he was "a little weird".

I didn't think anything of it at the time, but it sounds like "a little" was the wrong term for them to use.

I don't disagree with what you're saying at all Bees. She did indeed allude to underage sexual abuse in various parts of the transcript. I don't think that was the case in the part of the transcript where LF talked about Bernie needing to get his rocks off with "gay boys" however.
