The "fumbled" punt

Can someone explain what happened on that play? From my seat it didn't look like any Wake player touched the ball, but no review means it must have been clear that it was touched. That whole sequence happened so fast if that was against SU I would have been losing my sh--.

TV replay looked like it hit his arm, but even with it slowed down it was really hard to tell 100% for sure if it actually did.

The ball grazed him when they collided. That's on his teammate. We learned that in midget ball to communicate.
