based on what we've seen so far, i believe that it is far more probable that we need to win 3 of the last 4 to get to 6 than it is for us to "steal one to get back on course for 8-4."

I'm sure I'll start rallying around this by Wednesday, but today was a mess. We exposed a beat up D but couldn't score. We made few plays on D until the 2nd half when MD was playing everything close to the vest.

Special Teams also had bad mistakes.

I just don't feel like we're anywhere near where the discipline needs to be. But maybe we're just better away from the friendly confines.

Lol. Michigan lost 31-0. Rice lost by 31. Purdue was closer (16) but it always is. To be within 4 tds would be an accomplishment.

At BEST we will be 4-4 after eight games. I'm guessing it'll be 3-5 to be honest. We are going to struggle to get to 6 wins. Could very well come right down to the last game of the year again, and frankly, I don't think 4-8 would be farfetched right now.
