The odds favor one over the other. Especially when one of those options appears to be a transcendent talent. I could live with our best player just being stuffed and Clemson making a great play... but this... ugh.

Yes, really. It is a mathematical fact that the odds are better to go for it there. And not every running play is identical, especially with a mobile QB to account for.
