I don't think he improved as a head coach at all. I think he went backwards. He definitely coached from a defensive first perspective though. Perfect example of both, fg from the 1 on fourth down?

Amazing perspective. Should we just shut down the board? I know when I post I'm not posting with the thought, "oh gee, I hope I relay my point clearly since the staff is probably reading our board for suggestions".
