is Silent G.

This tourney is the first two games that I have seen.

I must say that Silent G hasn't shown much. I think he lets the game come to him far too much. He needs to find a role on the O end of the court. Yesterday he did not have a single positive number in his stat line.

I remember some of his vids. He can run the floor and finish. Ennis found innumerable driving lanes yesterday, why couldn't Mike find even one or two ??? He isn't a great three point shooter, but he can make some mid-range Js.

Right now we are just giving up far too much on the O end when he is on the court. If that doesn't change soon there just might be an opening in the backcourt that you can drive a Buss through.

I understand that he's trying to find his role on this young team on top of having to learn a completely new position, but I would definitely love to see G assert himself more on offense. He's never looking for his own shot. It looks like he thinks he's not allowed to shoot. As a PG-in-training, I get that. But I'd love for him to look to get his too. I just feel like he's so much more capable of providing an impact than he's shown so far. Hopefully, once he gets more comfortable on the court he'll start to really come around.
