Does anyone know what Rothstein's tweet actually means?

Is he saying that Cole has given his prognosis for the team's overall potential? If so, what is it? I know he praised the abilities of Jesse and Symir, but did he say something else?

Or is Rothstein saying his moles are raving about their (the moles') prognosis of how Cole is going to perform for the Orange this year? That interpretation would be consistent with respect to his additional comments.
