I'd tell him that I hope he has a son that's a very good basketball player, and as a senior that kid's team makes the state finals, and some jackoff ref calls 4 phantom fouls on his kid and fouls him out - and his team loses.

Then hopefully he learns that sucking at your job and calling fouls that don't exist isn't amusing.
