The one player I'm afraid of losing to a flip in recruiting is Harold Brantley

This combo DT FB is kind of an amazing athlete. I want the option of seeing this kid in the backfield as Harris' replacement. 280 lbs of 4.7 40 blowing out a hole in the LOS would be a huge help in the running game. At that size and speed a short yardage attempt might be more effective when he moves the whole freaking line back. Its a thought that could be reality if he comes here but he is visiting Mizzu this weekend and I have no idea what they look like couchburn

A 40 time has no bearing on how quick a DT gets through the hole.

Agree. Brantley is important, if not key, This kid has as great an upside as any recruit we have. An exceptional athlete who could play at a multitude of positions. Not as critical as Thompson, Morris, Davis and a few others, but key to rebuilding a mediocre and depleated DL.

I bet it's not that far off. Kid ran a kick to the house this year in a solid football area.

Probably one of our top 3 recruits this year imo. Plays two sports and is in pretty good shape... Ready for D1 imo
