will be dealing with the team leader of the offense all practice and in the film study sessions if they are the Q.B. coach also.
I think it makes it a little bit harder on the coach if they are coaching a different position on the team as it requires time to coordinate the whole offense.
Smart move by Shafer and this is not a slam against McDonald at all.This frees George up to spend more time with the receivers in practice to help recognize all the different coverages that the receivers face.
