They care can you play.

Coming back does nothing to help Battle's NBA stock unless he becomes Buddy Hield which he won't.
He is his baked product. He only would return if he wants his degree.

It doesn't work like that. NBA drafts on potential after the lottery.

I didn't see where he was a black hole this year. He did exactly what was asked of him on an offensively challenged team. I saw him create and pass the ball a number of times but for the most part his job was to score out of isolation.

I want him back but don't think he has any more to show the NBA. They'll get to see what he can do at the combine with and against other similarly talented prospects.
