The opportunity is there for Collins

I think we will use the swings to run and open them up and gash them with QB draws
I think he will be an ok enough runner, but not sure he's going to last if that has to be a feature of the offense. He looks very thin to me.

There is no 1 feature of this offense. After watching Nixon all this time do we really think he is overusing 1 player too much or stuck in his gameplan.

I think Nixon is trying to use his whole toolbox without forcing any single player to always be the lead.

Both RBs carry the ball, both get throws. Willis needs to figure out his drops issues though as its cost us some key plays so far

All the WRs are in the passing game, we don't go to any single guy. We spread it around well.

We don't only pass or only run.

We still need a better running game. Willis did a good job last week early of creating some runs off slow playing the holes but thats not always an option. We need more of the Nixon TD run type plays.

Time will tell if Collins sees the field. Its one thing to say just make the safer throws but those are not always the open ones and they will often not be the first read if you want to move the chains.

More reps will help.

Agreed, but people here love dual threats and running QB’s. It’s like crack to people on this board.
Clemson was foolish in not running their QB more. We are vulnerable to that and have been all year. Colgate's QBs had some decent runs even.

It will take Collins two games to get going like it did for Angeli.

Unfortunately that's two conference games including one roadie at a pretty good SMU team.
