#1: WE'RE IN THE SWEET 16!! I know we have been ripped in the media for not belonging...playing cupcakes so far... but forget that. We were invited to have a seat at the table and we have finished the appetizer and half of our dinner. It's now time to finish dinner and get dessert baby!!
#2: ENJOY THE MOMENT...not many of us expected this team to be in this position right now. We've had better Cuse teams that didn't come close to the final 16. The chances of us winning the national title are slim so let's enjoy this squad while we can. It's been an up and down year but the final chapter has been great so far.
#3: GBINJE & COONEY. We all have different opinions on them (especially Cooney) but it's a senior backcourt that (right now) refuses to lose. They are both high quality individuals and care deeply about this team and this university so they deserve our respect.
#4: LYDON, LYDON, LYDON- This kid is a potential lottery pick and to see him flourish under the bright lights of the NCAA tournament is very special and serves us well down the road.
#5: MALACHI & FRANKLIN: Two freshman that are developing in front of our eyes.
#6 MOST IMPORTANT- COACH B. - He won't be on the sidelines for many more NCAA games. He is a great and underrated game coach and we will miss him immensely when he steps down.

Agree 100% except for #2. At this point, anyone can win this thing.

Man... Yesterday as I started to sober up a little from being hammered since Thursday, I started to regret my drunken decision to spend money I don't have to buy a one way ticket to Chicago. I laid in bed last night, kicking myself a little bit for being irresponsible. But then I started listing off the reasons this was the right thing to do. I wanted to get out of bed and write them down, I knew I'd forget most of the list, but you pretty much nailed it.

Support G and Cooney. Support Coach. Freaking Lydon and Malachi are instant favorites for me. Enjoying the moment with Cuse fans from across the globe. This will be so worth it.

I made a pact when I first became divorced at 28. I was going to do everything I wanted to do but never could, until I turned 30, then I'd buckle down and get my crap together... Since then I've been to the Nova Football game, last season's Duke at the dome, Atlantis, UNC at home this year, heading to Chicago, and dammnit, if we make it to Houston, I'll find a way to be there.

I knew a decent amount of you before this latest run, but the people I've met over the last year have been incredible. If SU fans acted like how the UCONN fans did in the Bahamas, I'd never even think about making trips like this. We have the best fans in the world, and I'm so lucky to be a part of this.

My 30th birthday is in May. Will I grow up and make better decisions? Not really sure. Do I regret any of my decisions in the last year and a half? Not. A. Chance.

Greatest year and a half of my life. Thanks to so many of you. Let's keep it going!

LGO!

Malachi is not that far behind Lydon. During the Dayton game Malachi was sensational.
