I didn't think this was ever in doubt. Was it?

Great to have him back and healthy. I think he will return to form which is probably worth a game or two.

I would expect the answer to be "no", unless his charges are dropped or reduced.

As of October his case was still pending. We do know that he was still living in Syracuse at that time.
