Ohio State will have a choice at quarterback next year of the following quarterbacks:

Braxton Miller a 6-2 215 senior who in 2013 had these stats:
Passing: 162/255 (63.5) 2,094 yards 24TDs 7int Rushing: 171c 1,068 yards 96.2) 12TDs

J. T. Barrett a 6-1 225 sophomore who in 2014 had these stats:
Passing: 203/314 (64.7) 2,834 yards 34TDs 10int Rushing: 171c 938yards (5.5) 11TDs

Cardelle Jones a 6-5 250 junior who in 2014 had these stats:
Passing: 40 of 69 (58.0) 618 yards 6TDs 1int Rushing: 51c 258 yards (5.1) 0TDs

You wonder if whoever finishes 3rd might transfer.

Well you can only play one at a time ... and very very rarely does a team get to their 3rd QB and have them play in a bowl game. OSU was a rare exception this season.

Is it possible that 2 could transfer with Barrett being the one with the most eligibility left?

Very possible. If I had to guess Miller and Jones may both leave to play elsewhere. Barrett was phenomenal this year and had the best statistic season for a QB in OSU history. Hard to see Jones going from starting the championship game back to 3rd string or even 2nd string. He may have been semi content as a backup before but I can't see him going back to that and being content.

I'll be interested to watch it play out. Is Barrett a redshirt? If so, Jones may assume he'll leave after next year and use his senior year to shine. Then again, that could be a big chance to take when he may be able to transfer as a hot commodity, even though he'd have to sit a year. I don't know what I would do if I were him.
