The more you look at and read his comments, this is a thing he does. It's him getting into character and it's a cue to the team that another sermon is coming. That's why Macky is shaking his hands, guys behind him are toweling him off, you hear "Preach It!" in the background.

Right after he said "we are together" someone said "we know that" then he bent over.
