- Tyus Battle made the bad play that lost the game but he wasn’t responsible for the nature of the game or the situation we were in. He came back from a bad game at Wake to hit 8 of 15 shots, including 3 treys and score 21 points. His teammates were 10 for 31. They were the problem.
- Bourama Sidibie was sent in when Chukwu got his fourth foul and stayed in the game because he scored 4 points, making both his shots, grabbed two rebounds and blocked a shot. I don’t know what his future holds but tonight was encouraging.
- Notre Dame was 12 for 35 (34.3%) form two point range. Overall the opposition is 42.0%. We are at 48.2%, even with the bad day today. Chukwu has a lot to do with that difference.
