- We are half way through the season and are 2-4. It is not beyond our capabilities to reverse that record in the second half.

- We out-gained Rutgers 418-237. Ryan Nassib threw for 269 yards in the second half.

- Jerome Smith gained 67 yards on 15 carries before we had to go to the air to try to come back. Rutgers’ All-American candidate, Jawan Jamison, had 64 on 28 carries.

When we finally went to him, Marcus Sales came through. He wound up with another 100 yard day, (exactly) on four catches.

- Jonathan Fisher is coming on strong as a kicker, both in terms of distance, hang time and direction. He averaged 42.3 yard son 5 punts and Rutgers got -4 yards on their only two returns. Who said nothing is getting better?

- Stephen Rene actually looked good returning four kick-offs for 100 yards. He’s better when he knows he has to run with it.

- At no point during that game did I think Rutgers had more talent on the field than we did. We just need to learn to win.

2-4 with 6 more

LET’S GO ORANGE!!!

The only upside at this point is wins.
Agree there is no upside in continually finding ways to lose, and just bonehead plays by our offense and special teams.

I did not see any upside today. We do not have the same talent as the girls. They are on another level. Once we get a coach who can actually recruit we will be better. The extra money from the ACC will help tremendously.
