I've been saying since right before our bye week that we should have installed it. Many here pushed back, and understandably so.

But at this point, it would be completely reasonable. Either that or put in (gasp) Pickie Rickie.

Nope. Dial down the playbook a little for Rickie, run wide, give the young guys some chances at RB and WR.

If Nixon won’t move off his pro-style or whatever then clip his butt loudly and publicly. Fran needs to grow a pair. All bluster.

I don't know why we were just running him across the face of the defense to receive. Maybe I along with Filardi was missing him?

I was against this idea because it would be a huge turnoff for the wide receivers and the wide receivers we have recruited, but what we’ve put out there is already a huge turnoff, so might as well just roll out an offense that requires good discipline via blocking. I’m sure if any current or future wide receiver that is turned off enough to be out on this program has made their decision already.
