Dungey is a freak. He is a warrior who we need to stay healthy.
Custis finally looked the part yesterday. His catch radius is enormous and his hands proved themselves as well. Mismatch city.
For as bad as our secondary got lit up, really pumped about the younger kids. This unit will only continue to improve this year.
I was way more nervous for that game than I wanted to be. Between Lester, Daoust and Moreland, they knew many of our players' abilities and tried scheming against them. Fortunately, we simply had a better gameplan and overall talent. Thanks again to Lester for finding Dungey.
I understand the frustration with Babers' QB controversy, but honestly, I'm ok with it. We need Dungey healthy starting week 3.
I feel like the offensive gameplan was very vanilla with intent. We knew Dino is going to shake things up against FSU.
Additionally, I feel like we didn't see any crazy blitz packages thrown at WMU either. The coaches are playing it close to the vest.
No major injuries, which is a massive plus.
Most importantly, we're 1-0. Everyone will always find something to complain about, but we're undefeated so far. That's all we can truly ask for.
I love that Cuse Football is back. This offseason felt longer than usual. We were all overdue for it.
