no way in hell does rutgers EVER find itself on top of michigan, ohio st, nebraska, wisconsin and ped st.

their best chance at a major bowl now is for the b1g to send 4 teams to the final 4 and then maybe, if theyre good enough that year to finish 5th...they can go to the Rose.
