Would have rather seen Kadary Dolezaj (SG) Braswell Guerrier And Eddy Newton or Ajax, after Griff in the backcourt failed. Not pulling out all the stops makes it so hard to watch going forward.

The way we got stuffed off the dribble in the paint. leaves me speechless. They had a mismatch at all 5 positions, we didn't even try to fix that.

It’s a thing. Clearly not common and difficult to execute. Box and 1 a bit more common. Basically like our zone but one guy just follows a specific player. Requires a lot of coordination like all defenses, but it’s way more unique.

Tony Bennett is 8-3 against SU at UVA.
The NCAAT win is most important for SU though.
Just like Jim Boeheim is 5-1 against Indiana but would trade the 5 wins for the 1 loss.

The zone is a big problem when you face big guys who can shoot, because they are always going to shoot against guys who are smaller than them. We should have started trapping earlier. It was useless when we started. We were down 15 points.

Well it was off the top of your head cause it is all we have won. We are 3-8 since coming to ACC. Average margin of wins 5 points. Average margin of loss 15 points. In two of those wins...we were down 14 at the half in the NCAA game...had 10 good minutes and pulled out a win. In the win last year we scored 43 points through regulation. So besides a good 15 minutes I would say my statement is accurate.
