We just lost by 33 at home to an awful 6-7 St. John's team. This team is awful and all players should forfeit this scholarships this year for this awful display.

Ran into a friend a couple weeks ago who is an SU grad and former standout pickup game player around here. Jokingly told me he was sending his diploma back after watching some of the recent awful displays. Wonder if he actually goes through with it after tonight.

I think JB seriously needs to rethink the zone with this group. This game would have been within reach if they played that team M2M.

Yeah the offense isn't great but the defense is the problem here. The rotations in the zone are complete trash, especially from the guards. St. John's made a ton of 3s because they were quality looks, and it's not like they were doing anything special to get guys open

Quite possibly.

The former frontrunner IMO was the 96-97 squad, which was practically hapless. This team has a lot more talent on paper, but they are even worse. Unbelievable bad team basketball on both sides of the court.
