Bottom line - the offense has to be better. Whether one calls that a change in identity or not doesn't matter. This team can no longer fart around on offense with the security blanket of knowing they can just shut teams down on the defensive end. That will not work anymore.

they are still a zone team that has practiced and played zone for the entire season. They are going to be a zone team again next year, when Fab was going to be gone anyway.

uh next year they might have someone good playing center

they've played and practiced the press this year. i'm just saying do it more. you call it rookie panic, i call it adapting to changed circumstances.
