He tried to use his press pro-actively in the second half to put the game away and we got about a 7 point. It did- for Iowa who won by 11. That might explain his reluctance to use it except in desperation situations since then.
Back then he sent four guys after the ball and put another under the basket. All they had to do was to loop the ball to mid-court. Who else was going to get it?
