I assume most of you, or at least STH receive this email every week. Closer to the bottom is a link to take a survey that concentrates on your game day experience. Everyone is complaining every day about stuff, now is your chance to tell the powers that be.

The gates open 2 hours prior to kick off... that's the first time I've seen them be exact to the actual kickoff lol. Usually it's game at 12:30 (kickoff at 12:34) but the gates open at 10:30. Weird

It did seem your original point got a little lost in the ensuing discussion. But you're exactly right. If our ST holders have some suggestions or complaints, they want to hear them, so take the opportunity.
