I think uniform color should be heavily weighted. The rarer your color, the better. Orange should be the top rated color.

The formula would need to have a big emphasis on "teams that play on a court with an S on center court and have scored 100 a couple of times and have a coach over 70"

They should come up with a formula that selects the last teams in the field.

While I like trying to play with the puzzle that is tourney selection, it is all very arbitrary. I would rather an approved formula is used.
