My reaction exactly to reading that. Man, if this team had Bryant and Diagne...

I realize he was never going to come here but it's impossible not to imagine what this team might have been with the guys we thought were going to be here. Instead we went much of the time with Tyler Lydon, who is really a tall small forward, trying to be a "stretch four". Oh Lord

Bryant is very good and got better as the season progressed. Would've loved him to come to SU but *t happens in Indiana.

Coleman spends half or more of the game sitting. Bryant would give us more in sheer minutes let alone skill/ etc.

This thread is crazy. I wish Bryant nothing but the best. Good kid who made the best decision for himself. Sucks for us, because he would have looked great in our zone.

His mother wanted to be hired on the staff. Or was that that guy who ended up going to Seton Hall.

No wonder Bryant didn't go to SU...he can make pressure free throws. Kid won the game for IU. Better offensive big man than anyone we have. Would have helped tremendously here this year. Oh well.

He went to Indiana for the Man love!

Bryant has a lot of immaturity in his game. He takes risks and does some boneheaded stuff at times, which doesn't really jive with Boeheim's expectations for his C. I think he'd have been a prime doghouse candidate had he chosen SU.

The long-term results after microfracture surgery are more concerning. A study of 24 NBA players who underwent the procedure showed that only 58.3% returned to play for more
than one season after the surgery. Performance suffered greatly after players returned, with average points, rebounds, assists and minutes played dropping after microfracture. And one third of the players never returned play at all.

We are lucky he is even playing and who knows what he can do next year. What a bunch of a... Holes

We are arse-holes for suggesting that we are disappointed that a top 10 Center we recruited since his freshman year in a Rochester high school decided to play elsewhere? Also, the Center position happens to be a huge position of need. Got it. How dare us to consider what could've been.

I didn't think he would be as good/effective as he has been. Just because he does look so 'clunky.'

Good for him. No ill will for choosing another program.

My post had nothing to do with Bryant.

Bryant has an excellent motor. Yes, he's not a great athlete but he puts in the effort. His wingspan helps. He's a solid passer and has a nice stroke from mid-range.

And huge hands. I noticed in his recruiting video that he could grab the ball with one hand, wave it around and make a good pass with one hand. It's like a softball to him.

Right, your post is about Coleman. I don't think anyone ripped Coleman. It's painfully obvious we'd be much better off with TB. That's what this thread is about.
Well it's painfully obvious he plays for Indiana so gives a ..hit.

Definitely agree with the painful part! I didnt post a Tiffany video earlier for popularity, but it's hard not to imagine where this year's team could have been if posters were right that he was a done deal due to his mom's love of the team. Visions of final 4 now dance in my head, as they did for awhile when Virginia was tied earlier. Youre right about moving on, but this message board lives on conjecture. If not for it, it would be rather dead on here much of the time.
