as a head coaching candidate if we stay in house. DM always spoke very highly of him and I think TGD likes him as well. He does have HC experience although it be at a much lower level. He knows the deal here, would come cheap(ish), a great recruiter, and could keep much of this staff intact. Okay I know it wont be popular so go ahead and beat me to a pulp.

In honesty...its not the worst idea. Let hacket continue to make calls on offense, shafer calls on D. Guy is good fir northeast recruiting but im not sure it extends past that.
