I'm confused...how can Michigan and Notre Dame be wearing throwback uniforms? My understanding is that real football programs (i.e. Michigan and Notre Dame) haven't changed their uniforms ever. This doesn't make sense to me, don't they know that only teams that keep the same uniforms forever can be considered "traditional programs"?
