I'm almost positive there would still be fees IO. The only real way to avoid the fees is by going up there and buying them. Perhaps calling the actual dome box office (not the ticketmaster box office) might work, but I'd guess they would at the very least charge you shipping. Perhaps other people who are more experienced in buying tickets over the phone could help more. I always just go up and buy/renew since I live so close.
