The VIP pass for HHN? Absolutely. HHN draws massive crowds. I’ve gone in early September and it’s packed.

Best bet is to go on a Wednesday or Thursday night if you want smaller crowds. But they keep it open for shorter hours on those nights so you may run into the same problem of not having enough time to get to all of the haunted houses.
