He's done. Maybe he gets hot in one tournament or another at some point and pulls one out. But you just can't go this long without playing competitively and just waltz back in to contend. Too bad - he always made every tournament he was in more interesting.

couples has been playing with a back issue for 20 yrs.. Tiger can figure out how too.. he just wont be able to play as much.

Woods' physical problems are on another level from Couples' and are in no way primarily in his head. Right now, his body simply can't withstand the stress of competing at that level.

He's done. He won't ever win another major and I'd be surprised if he won another tournament. He can't even play 4 rounds anymore let alone play at the level you need to win professionally
