Timeouts

I was told here by numerous people that Beck was going to be responsible for time management and it was his forte. I thought Dino was just the CEO.

It could have been Beck but that looked a lot like Babers the last few years to. Either way they gotta be better. At least they had 3 TOs left late in the 4th, thats an improvement

Its not always clear cut when you should use a timeout. Sometimes timeouts breaks your rhythm, sometimes it allows teams to adjust. Sometimes you keep them for a particular scenario.
