in the locker room pre-game and more importantly, halftime during this tournament. I'm really interested in not only what is said but the tone and feel as well. JB found the push for this team.

What's real interesting, at least for me, is that I felt that we always had a run this season. Having two fifth year seniors in the back court means a lot come tournament time, but in the end it was the freshman that saved our butt. That plus I wonder if having the women win on Friday and Sunday meant even one iota.

It seems from a distance that this team is just super positive. No ego's. G really cemented that after the game talking about Mali.

We were super focused in the 2nd half. JB just seemed placid going into the locker room - right? Or was he screaming at Howard?

Phew, I thought you were going to say in Bernie's hotel room. I kid I kid.

I noticed the defensive change-up this game more than others. They came out slower tempoed and way more spread out compared to the first half. Whatever was said, this squad is following JB's direction to a T and it's working.
